Calibrations

Note: Confocal images captured at resolution other than 512x512 should be multiplied or divided by the pixel value by the percent resolution difference. Example: 640x640 image captured on the FluoView 1000 upright. That is a 25% increase from 512, so multiply 1.25 (percentage) by 68 pixels (10x objective conversion value). Therefore, 85 pixels equal 100 microns.
